Amazing food, loved every single item I got specially the strawberry milk. The service was amazing every server helps you even if it not your table so you are always getting asked if you want more or a refill which for me is a win. The ambience was very family friendly however if you go alone it is kinda awkward however it is more of a you problem. The only problem I see is the bathroom however it does not take away from the amazing food and ambience. Overall it is amazing and do get the strawberry milk it is amazing if you got anything from the review it is this.

Noodles are the perfect level of chewy and firm. A little on the saltier side which I love. Service was quick and efficient.

The restaurant was extremely busy...which was great! My to-go order was ready when the text said it would be ready. The food is as close to the food I ate in China that I have found in the US. I ordered the Mixed Flavor Eggplant and I asked that it be prepared 'extra spicy.' It was EXTRA spicy, but so incredibly flavorful. I was on fire, but I couldn't stop eating it.

Noodle Master - Pearland This was my first visit to Noodle Master in Pearland, so I won't rate the food too heavily this time, but I will share my initial impressions and experience. First off, the restaurant is very clean and well-lit, which immediately made for a pleasant dining environment. The menu was easy to read and offered a wide variety of options, which is always a plus. However, I was a bit disappointed that pepper steak wasn't available, as it's one of my favorites. I ordered the Chinese noodles with beef, and my wife went with the shrimp fried rice. The Chinese noodles had great flavor and were very fresh, which I appreciated. I'm already planning to try the Japanese noodles on my next visit! My wife enjoyed the shrimp fried rice overall, though she mentioned she prefers shredded carrots over the diced ones used here. The service was fine--no complaints there--and again, the cleanliness of the restaurant stood out to me. The quality of the food is impressive, and I look forward to coming back to explore more of their menu. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience. If you're looking for fresh, flavorful noodles and rice dishes in a clean and welcoming setting, Noodle Master is worth checking out! I almost forgot to mention the portion sizes are amazing! You will enjoy this place.

i've passed by this place plenty before but never went in. according to the owners they have been opened for about 4 months now. i'm all about hand pulled noodles and this place doesn't disappoint! I bought my family here for lunch. it was busy but not packed which i don't understand why... the food was delicious!!! i wanted to try everything but alas my stomach can't handle too much anymore! We settled for some noodle soup dishes and some appetizers. not pictured is Xiao Long Bao but you can see sooo many of pics on this page. All was delish!!! You can choose Ramen or Beef noodles! can't go wrong! it's super flavorful . Service was friendly and if they need to...you will sit next to some strangers and share a meal! i don't mind! clean space . brightly lit! plenty of tables! will be back soon! i hope someone will open in Manvel! *hint hint*

This is the best noodle place in Pearland. If you are in the south end of Houston and want the tasty noodle dishes you would find on the east end, this is the best there is. My favorite is the soup dumplings and the spicy black garlic ramen. I keep bringing new people here and they are always impressed.

5th time or so eating here and just realized that I have yet to review it. It joys me to see the Asian cuisine scene booming in Pearland, especially when it's an authentic Chinese establishment. Really delicious authentic Chinese noodles, and surprisingly, delicious ramen as well (not usually what Chinese restaurants are known for). My go-to is the spicy house special beef noodle soup which has consistently packed a flavorful punch every time. The beef had just the right tenderness and once I fully mix in the chili oil, I never find myself needing to add extra seasoning. This dish meets a standard you'd expect at major Chinatowns such as Bellaire or Katy. My friend ordered the spicy Black Tonkotsu Ramen, and she was very pleased to see that this place does not skimp on the chashu. I had a taste of the broth which was interesting -- not the usual tangy flavor that I'm used to, but definitely still welcome. Portions were more than enough. Chances of you asking for a to-go box is medium to high. Based on both previous reviews and my own experience, I recommend starting off with Chinese noodles (e.g. not ramen) if it's your first time. That's what really makes this restaurant shine. A helpful rule of thumb for Asian noodle soups in general: it's best not to drink the entirety of the broth even though the flavor makes it tempting. It's packed with sodium and every time I finish more than 1/2 of the broth, I get left with a persistent dull headache for several hours.

Everything we had was delicious! So glad we stopped by, we will definitely be back soon. Service was great and staff was very friendly.

I walked into this restaurant on a Friday evening and it was quite busy. They were short on staff so it took a while to get my orders in or a refill on water. Luckily, the food came out good. The orange chicken was freshly fried and the batter was crispy. I could definitely taste the orange flavor in the dish since it was very strong. The rice was alright: a little bit on the hard side. The steamed dumplings were okay, though. The filling had a bit sourness to it which I didn't find appealing unless that's how they usually make it. The dough wrapping you could tell it was handmade. I have no complaints about the scallion pancakes. I got the Xiaolongbao in the afternoon on a different visit. Unfortunately, those weren't too great. The dough wrapping seemed to have gotten hard and the filling was also sour. The quality of the dish was okay.
